Coordinate teams and develop platform engineering talents A technology company specializing in developing management systems for the healthcare sector is seeking a Systems Coordinator in Recife (Imbiribeira). **Responsibilities:** Delivery Program Management: Lead the expedition modernization roadmap, ensuring the transition to GitOps (ArgoCD) is not only technical but also cultural and operational. Governance and Quality: Establish and enforce "Quality Gates" across GitLab CI/CD pipelines, ensuring no code reaches the customer without meeting security and performance requirements. Stakeholder and Dependency Management: Coordinate cross-functional efforts, aligning the needs of multiple development squads with infrastructure capabilities. Data-Driven Management (DORA Metrics): Monitor and report engineering performance to leadership using Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, MTTR, and Change Failure Rate metrics. People and Talent Management: Lead, develop, and retain the platform/expedition engineering team, fostering a high-performance and continuously learning environment. Release Risk Mitigation: Plan and coordinate critical deployment windows and rollback strategies to minimize business impact in case of failures. Bachelor's degree required.
