At Method 12P, the Technology department is responsible for building digital solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs. We seek someone with an **analytical, innovative, and results-oriented mindset**, capable of transforming internal processes into more agile and intelligent systems—directly supporting the company’s various departments. You will serve as the bridge between technology and operations, delivering tailored solutions that boost productivity and strengthen strategic decision-making. **Requirements** * Experience creating dashboards and familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, etc.) * Process automation and API-based integrations * Knowledge of cloud computing * Experience in development * Database knowledge * Basic understanding of information security and LGPD compliance **Nice-to-have** * Curious mindset and openness to exploring new technologies * Experience optimizing internal processes * Hands-on experience with automation or low-code tools * Ability to collaborate across departments to identify needs **Your responsibilities** * Build customized dashboards for internal departments * Enhance and optimize the company’s task management system * Replace third-party automations with internal integrations * Ensure security, scalability, and performance of solutions * Support internal departments in using digital tools efficiently * Propose continuous improvements to internal processes and workflows * Deeply understand user pain points and translate them into clear, functional deliverables **Location and work model** Our team works fully on-site at our office in Santos/SP.
