Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling vehicle, member, visitor, and service provider access; monitoring CCTV; and supporting internal operations to ensure the safety and smooth functioning of the complex. At Aviva, we serve with passion for people, which is why we are constantly seeking talents who continuously develop themselves, possess an open mindset, overcome obstacles, and contribute fresh ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Control vehicle access by completing access forms and directing drivers to parking areas; Control member access verified via identification badge and uniform; Answer telephone calls, assess requests, and forward them to responsible parties—or resolve low-complexity matters independently; Control visitor and service provider access upon presentation of the access form via e\-mail; Monitor the CCTV system, detect irregularities, and alert responsible personnel for resolution; Prepare daily reports documenting irregularity incidents; Issue turnstile and gate access cards for new members; Manage PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) used in the area; Assist supervisors in capturing venomous animals. Manage customer identification control. Direct customers within internal traffic flows.
