Job Summary: Professionals needed to operate injection molding machines, perform product inspection and packaging, contributing to the plastic injection production process. Key Highlights: 1. We currently have an opening in the **Plastic Injection** area, and you can join our team, directly contributing to our production process. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Operating injection molding machines within pre-set cycles, with support from setup technicians; * Removing parts from the machine and performing basic visual and dimensional inspections using templates and calipers according to technical specifications; * Segregating parts with injection-related defects or failures; * Properly packaging and labeling injected products; * Recording inspection results on quality control forms, as instructed by supervisors or machine setup technicians; * Supporting mold change processes by organizing molds and peripheral equipment, cleaning work areas and peripherals, and assisting in tool handling; **To participate in our selection process, you must have:** * Completed high school education; * Residency in Caldas; * Strong learning ability and adaptability to industrial processes; * **Shift availability**, including rotating shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a production assistant. **Job Details:** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * **Salary:** R$ 1.950,37 * **Working Hours:** 2:45 PM to 12:45 AM (Monday to Friday) **Benefits:** * Health insurance (Unimed); * Dental insurance (Uniodonto); * Life insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass): health and wellness benefit; * Educational incentive (support for professional development); * Attendance bonus – fulfilling scheduled working hours punctually, without absences or tardiness. **This position is also open to people with disabilities (PCD).** **Why J.Assy?** Here, you go beyond technical work.
