Ensure logistics and distribution activities for the company’s manufacturing units, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping of finished products, as well as administrative operations of the Distribution Center and maintenance of assets, aiming to satisfy customers on time, in correct quantity and quality, while optimizing operational costs in compliance with the company’s standards, procedures, and applicable legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the Shipping team, developing and guiding personnel to achieve results; * Ensure proper operation of the finished goods shipping department, maintaining quality control over performed processes; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety procedures; * Manage operations to meet internal and external customer requirements regarding finished goods availability, resolving any issues that may arise; * Coordinate with Commercial, Sales, Distribution, and Production departments to maintain appropriate finished goods inventory levels; * Optimize product storage and available physical space through planning and organization of inventory aligned with operational needs; * Ensure daily loading of scheduled vehicles, meeting established deadlines, via appropriate sizing of team activities; * Manage cold chain operations; * Manage performance results and key indicators; * Develop and monitor the department’s budget. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Commitment to safety and quality; * Owner’s mindset, critical analysis, results-oriented focus; * Experience in refrigerated warehouses; * Process management.
