How about being part of this energy? \#VemSerMoura! . **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your day-to-day at Moura:*** * Actively participate in multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and guide processes; * Analyze requirements, considering descriptive aspects of the requested scope; * Identify/prospect supply options to fully meet the requested requirements; * Conduct sourcing processes to achieve the best required technical-commercial conditions; * Negotiate commercial terms extensively, including analyzing tax opportunities related to the process; * Identify cost reduction opportunities for recurring activities; * Base purchasing decisions on "cost-benefit" and/or "total cost of ownership" criteria; * Manage procurement processes, monitoring the opportunity pipeline and developing strategic negotiation scenarios; * Implement category management, aligning productivity and operational strategy aspects; * Monitor processes to ensure full compliance with agreed commercial terms; * Ensure legal compliance of contracts, requiring formal legal documentation of procurement processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What we seek?*** ***Education:*** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; ***Knowledge:*** * Budget and cost estimate analysis; * Basic knowledge of taxation for procurement; * Supplier development and qualification; * Contract management; * Proficiency in MS Office suite; ***You stand out if you have:*** * Knowledge of the Facilities market and its specific characteristics; * Strategic Sourcing; * Experience with SAP MM and/or Ariba Sourcing tools. **Additional Information** ***What we offer?*** In our Moura way of being, we believe people are the energy that drives the future.
