Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining internal and external areas, waste collection, restocking hygiene supplies, and assisting with simple maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in simple maintenance * Clean and maintain internal and external areas (offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas, courtyards, etc.); * Collect and dispose of waste properly; * Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.); * Perform kitchenette duties when required (organizing utensils); * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment, furniture, and utensils; * Assist with simple maintenance tasks when requested; * Follow safety, hygiene, and proper usage guidelines for cleaning products; Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
