We are looking for a **Senior Data Analyst**. Here, data work extends far beyond generating reports — it means ensuring data quality, supporting strategic decisions, collaborating across departments, and contributing to the performance of a brand operating at the fast pace of the digital world and sports betting. **Your Responsibilities:** * Promote a data-driven management culture (data management) across the organization; * Design, build, and maintain data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub/Dataflow, or Cloud Composer/Airflow); * Model data for analytics, ensuring metric standardization; * Develop models and dashboards in Power BI (star schema modeling, advanced DAX, RLS, Incremental Refresh), with a focus on iGaming business needs; * Conduct exploratory analyses and experiments (A/B); define success metrics, measure impact, and recommend clear actions to stakeholders (CRM, Marketing, Product, etc.); * Implement best practices for data quality and cost efficiency: partitioning/clustering in BigQuery, data testing, version control (Git), SLA monitoring, and query optimization; * Ensure compliance with LGPD/privacy regulations and data governance (data catalog/dictionary); Act as a business partner, translating business questions into hypotheses, analyses, and data roadmaps. Requirements: **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields; * Awareness of security best practices. * Advanced GCP/BigQuery expertise: SQL, partitioning/clustering, schema design; batch/stream ingestion via Dataflow or Composer/Airflow or dbt (solid proficiency in at least one, familiarity with others). * Advanced Power BI expertise: star schema modeling; DAX (CALCULATE, filter context, iterators, time-intelligence), RLS, Incremental Refresh, model/measures optimization. * Analytical capability: metric design, statistics, segmentation, and data storytelling. * **Python** for analytics (pandas) and **Git** for version control. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Big Data, or similar. * Interest in the betting, sports, and iGaming markets; * Knowledge of dbt, BI Engine, Materialized Views, and semantic metrics (metric layer); * Exposure to marketing analytics and attribution; * Familiarity with applied machine learning (propensity, value, risk); * Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (Composer/Airflow); * Experience in data quality.
