Description: * High school diploma; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in animal feed manufacturing is a plus. * Verify information on tickets; * Weigh micro-ingredients according to the formula requirements; * Verify that the final weight of the micro-ingredients matches the total micro-ingredient amount specified in the formula; * Complete all required documents listed in the department’s procedure manual; * Inventory all micro-ingredients daily and submit all documents to the inventory department at the end of the shift; * Operate the production line according to the established production plan, identify materials, and transport them to the processing location; * Check calibration of used scales to verify their accuracy; * Load the machine with pre-sorted raw materials, following the established sequence; * Visually inspect raw materials prior to production start-up and report any detected deviations to the immediate supervisor; activate and control equipment as specified in the manufacturing procedure; * Sort labels and affix them to the packaging to be used for product bagging; * Inspect bags to ensure conformity and alignment between product and packaging; * Forward bags for sealing or stitching; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area, machines, and equipment in the work sector; * Clean the work area, disposing of waste, leftover raw materials, and other materials in their designated locations. 2512310202491848970
