**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide empathetic and attentive service to all pregnant women, mothers, and family members, offering a welcoming and personalized experience. Conduct in-person sales, presenting products in an engaging manner with thorough knowledge of bedding lines, clothing, furniture, and accessories. Maintain a clean, organized store environment with well-displayed products. Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance. Register customers and conduct post-sale follow-up and loyalty activities. Whenever possible, participate in internal training sessions and development campaigns. Use the sales system to accurately record orders and issue receipts. **REQUIREMENTS:** Previous experience in in-person sales or customer service. Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and professional attitude. Affinity with maternal and infant care, understanding the needs of pregnant women and mothers. Proactive mindset and willingness to learn about products and assist customers in making the right choices. Organized and responsible in maintaining the store space and completing daily routines. Ability to work collaboratively and achieve both individual and team goals. Availability for standard business hours and participation in trainings and store events. High school diploma required.
