Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing beverages and food, guiding and assisting customers in the dining area, ensuring a pleasant experience. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly customer service and product recommendations 2. Preparation of beverages, appetizers, and food according to specifications 3. Assisting and guiding customers during service and in the dining area * Serve customers by weighing dishes, recommending beverages and desserts, delivering order slips, and guiding customers to the dining area; * Brew coffee, serve appetizers, desserts, and bread service, prepare juices, and perform other tasks as needed; * Provide courteous service to guests, verbally confirm orders with customers, suggest items, and deliver orders personally when necessary; * Prepare and heat food items following technical specification sheets and preparation instructions; * Guide and assist customers in the self-service area. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
