




**COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT – COLOMBO/PR – SANTA MÔNICA CLUBE DE CAMPO** Your responsibilities: Provide telephone and in-person service to internal and external customers, delivering information on all products (Memberships, Event Halls, etc.), procedures, documents, prices, and all aspects related to the sales process; Carry out proactive prospecting activities, identifying potential customers and business opportunities with a focus on membership sales and venue rentals; Prospect and commercialize the Club’s space leasing for graduations, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, anniversaries, barbecues, and other social and business events; Present the Club’s facilities and venues to interested customers, highlighting key differentiators, addressing all inquiries, and explaining commercial terms; Support the organization, planning, and participation in trade fairs, events, and other marketing and relationship-building initiatives aimed at generating business; Plan, organize, and oversee events related to the Commercial Department; Provide operational support during events, as scheduled and required by the department; Use the scheduling system to plan and block the Club’s event calendar, ensuring accurate date control and registration according to the commercial schedule; Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence destined for other Club departments and/or external stakeholders; Develop, propose, and implement initiatives that contribute to enhancing and optimizing the Commercial Department’s activities and processes; Keep commercial area files, records, and controls up to date; Strategic vision to develop action plans for achieving targets; Submit performance, target achievement, results, and activity reports; Requirements: Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is desirable). Experience in sales techniques and customer service, marketing tools and commercial prospecting, use of software, systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
