Conduct patrols and record incidents for local security. **Job Description** The professional will be responsible for safeguarding the construction site's security by controlling access of people and vehicles, preventing theft and vandalism, and ensuring asset integrity. **Main Responsibilities** * Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and service providers * Conduct periodic patrols at the construction site * Observe suspicious activities and report incidents * Safeguard construction site materials, tools, and equipment * Record incidents in a logbook or system * Support site organization and security **Prerequisites** * Completed elementary education * Prior experience as a guard, doorman, or in related fields (preferred) * Availability for shift work (including night shifts, weekends, or rotating schedules) * Good communication skills and attentiveness * Commitment and responsibility * Residing near the construction site (an advantage) **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention and observation * Discipline * Ethical conduct * Proactivity Compensation: starting from R$2.031,57 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
