Responsible for operating and monitoring machines, devices, and furnaces, ensuring efficiently, safely, and in accordance with technical specifications the quality and productivity of the process. Responsibilities: Operate equipment from raw material loading, process monitoring, cleaning, and shutdown of all equipment; Operate machines and equipment according to established instructions and procedures; Adjust and calibrate machines to ensure production within quality specifications; Perform regular inspections on machines to identify and correct problems or defects; Monitor the production process to ensure that products meet established quality standards; Adjust machine parameters as necessary to maintain production efficiency and quality; Report and document any issues or incidents to the immediate manager; Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve technical skills and knowledge; Identify causes of machine and equipment malfunctions and request maintenance whenever necessary; Carry out tasks instructed by the supervisor; Use required and applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) during performance of job activities; Perform all activities in compliance with company policies and guidelines, respecting the terms related to the General Data Protection Law adopted by Aditek.
