Job Summary: Responsible for operating and monitoring machines to ensure process efficiency, safety, and quality through adjustments and inspections. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and monitor machines and furnaces, ensuring quality and productivity. 2. Perform adjustments and calibrations to maintain production within specifications. 3. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and technical knowledge. Responsible for operating and monitoring machines, devices, and furnaces, ensuring efficient, safe, and technically compliant production quality and productivity. * Responsibilities: Operate equipment from raw material feeding, process monitoring, cleaning, to shutdown of all equipment; Operate machines and equipment according to established instructions and procedures; * Adjust and calibrate machines to ensure production complies with quality specifications; Conduct regular machine inspections to identify and correct issues or defects; Monitor the production process to ensure products meet established quality standards; Adjust machine parameters as needed to maintain production efficiency and quality; Report and document any problems or incidents to the immediate supervisor; * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and technical knowledge; Identify root causes of machine and equipment malfunctions and promptly notify maintenance when required; Carry out tasks directed by the supervisor; Use required and applicable PPE during performance of area-specific activities; Always perform duties in accordance with company policies and guidelines, respecting terms relevant to the General Data Protection Law, adopted by Aditek. * Adjust machine parameters as needed to maintain production efficiency and quality; Report and document any problems or incidents to the immediate supervisor; * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and technical knowledge; Identify root causes of machine and equipment malfunctions and promptly notify maintenance when required; * Carry out tasks directed by the supervisor; Use required and applicable PPE during performance of area-specific activities; Always perform duties in accordance with company policies and guidelines, respecting terms relevant to the General Data Protection Law, adopted by Aditek.
