Job Opening: Flexographic Printer – Packaging Industry (Raffia Sacks) **Responsibilities:** * Operate flexographic/rotary printing machines for the production of raffia packaging, in accordance with technical specifications and production orders. * Prepare, load, and adjust the machine for startup and product changeovers, including cliché mounting, ink adjustments, and technical settings. * Perform visual quality control during the process, identifying and correcting printing defects. * Assist with color changes and carry out necessary cleaning of equipment and accessories. * Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety and quality standards. * Complete production reports, recording quantities and any non-conformities. * Report corrective or preventive maintenance needs to the responsible department. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). * Prior experience as an industrial printer, preferably in flexography or in the raffia/plastic sack segment. * Knowledge of ink preparation, cliché mounting, and technical printing adjustments. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts (if required). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proven experience in the raffia packaging segment. * Training courses in flexographic printing or related fields. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented, committed professional with industrial printing experience to ensure quality standards in our packaging.
