The internship program is a true immersion into the corporate world—offering not only hands-on experience but also a personalized growth path to prepare you for the next steps in your career. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do:** * Assist in conducting GEMBAs, monitoring operational routines, supporting analysts in verifying compliance with procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), promoting a quality culture, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Participate in investigating and resolving quality deviations, ensuring root cause identification, effective corrective and preventive actions, and follow-up through implementation and effectiveness verification to prevent recurrence. * Support Quality Analysts in drafting and reviewing documents, managing area KPIs, and gathering, analyzing, and consolidating data. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Currently enrolled in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields; * Proficiency (intermediate level) in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) is mandatory; * Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Health Insurance Life Insurance Meal and Food Allowance Transportation Benefit Wellhub (Gympass) and/or Gym Membership Zenklub Corporate Learning Platform Why Join Ourofino’s Learning Path Program?
