We seek responsible, organized individuals committed to quality. **Job Description:** * Preparation of dough for breads, sweets, and savory items; * Production of simple cakes, fillings, toppings, and finishing; * Shaping, fermentation, and baking of products; * Recipe standardization and quality control; * Sector organization and equipment sanitation; * Basic inventory control. **Requirements:** * Must reside in Ribeirão Preto; * Full availability of working hours; * Proven experience as a **Baker-Pastry Chef** or in similar roles; * Commitment to scheduled hours; * Organization, teamwork, and good hygiene practices. * Availability to work according to the shift schedule. **Compensation and Benefits:** ***Baker Salary:*** To be negotiated based on experience.
