**Job Description:** We are looking for an Assembly and Maintenance Assistant to perform equipment assembly, preventive and corrective maintenance. The role also involves inventory organization, equipment cleaning, and general support to the technical team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in equipment assembly according to manuals and designs; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance; * Maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Manage inventory of spare parts and consigned equipment; * Comply with quality standards and delivery deadlines; * Support production and PPE assembly routines. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity; * Experience handling tools; * Reading and text interpretation skills; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to read technical drawings (a plus). **Desired Profile:** * Proactive, organized, and good communication skills; * Willingness to learn and grow in the technical field; * Committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
