




Job Summary: Operate heavy equipment such as backhoe loaders and truck cranes for electrical infrastructure projects, performing excavations, load lifting, and material handling. PREREQUISITES: * Completion of elementary education required; * Willingness and ability to travel and stay on-site; * Must reside in Campinas, Araraquara, São José do Rio Pardo, Igaraçu do Tietê, Gália, Garça, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, Pederneiras, Marília, Altinópolis, or surrounding areas. * Proficiency in operating wheel or track-type tractors and related machinery; * Dexterity and precision in movements during machine and equipment operation; * Experience with backhoe loaders or truck cranes. Work Schedule: Availability for rotating shifts: \- 5x2 (Monday to Friday) — For candidates residing in the project city or neighboring cities; \- 21x2 — For candidates residing far from the project site; accommodation provided for 21 days. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate heavy equipment including backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, compactors, cranes, crawler tractors, and drill rigs, following standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient execution of electrical infrastructure activities. Perform minor excavations for installation of cable ducts and precast materials using smaller equipment such as mini backhoe loaders or trenchers, complying with technical specifications of the project. Lift loads using tractors equipped with winches, observing operational limits and safety regulations to properly position materials and components. Deploy cables using the drag method with tractors, per project planning, to ensure correct installation of transmission networks. Move waste materials within the construction site perimeter using appropriate equipment to maintain site organization and cleanliness according to environmental standards. Assist in preparing foundations, platforms, access roads, and bases for poles, towers, and structures, following technical guidelines to ensure stability and compliance of installations up to 500 kV. Clear right-of-way and open access routes using tractors and specialized attachments, per work plan, to allow safe passage of vehicles and equipment. Handle cargo movement using hydraulic equipment such as truck cranes and cranes, adhering to operational procedures to meet the project’s logistical requirements. Operate rock drilling equipment (Rock Drill), per technical instructions, to enable excavation in high-resistance terrain. Support field teams in activities requiring excavation or heavy handling, especially in hard-to-reach areas, to ensure progress of work fronts. And other related duties.
