We expect you to demonstrate commitment to **credibility** in all activities performed, putting **owner's love** into everything you do, always with **respect**, so that together we can achieve extraordinary results. **Your mission** Coordinate and supervise farm operational activities, ensuring animal welfare, productivity, product quality, and compliance with health and environmental regulations. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily farm activities (feeding, handling, cleaning, reproduction, among others). * Coordinate the team of employees, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and promoting training when necessary. * Monitor productive performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with biosecurity standards, animal welfare requirements, and current legislation. * Manage inventory of supplies, medications, and feed, requesting purchases when necessary. * Monitor maintenance of facilities, equipment, and farm infrastructure. * Record and report technical and production information to management. * Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. * Support audits and sanitary inspections. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or higher education in related fields (desirable). **Additional information** * Meals provided at the company; * Dental plan; * Group life insurance; * Birthday leave (Day Off). **CIALNE** was born in Ceará and, over nearly six decades, has built a history marked by hard work, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
