With a results-driven and relationship-oriented culture, we seek professionals who want to grow with the company and directly impact results. **The position's challenge** The PCM Analyst at OKUBO will be responsible for managing, planning, and controlling preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency of the company's vehicles, machinery, building infrastructure, and energy resources. The professional will act as a link between internal demands, the maintenance team, and management systems, ensuring compliance, safety, and cost reduction. **Responsibilities** * **Fleet Management:** * Control and monitor periodic vehicle maintenance (inspections, repairs, cleaning, and preservation). * Monitor inspection deadlines and vehicle technical documentation. * **Inspections and Preservation:** * Conduct weekly inspections of company facilities using checklists, identifying repair or improvement needs. * Plan and monitor building maintenance activities (electrical, hydraulic, structural). * **Maintenance Demand Management:** * Distribute and prioritize service requests to the maintenance technician team. * Record service orders in the Protheus system, ensuring traceability of performed activities. * **Industrial Maintenance Planning:** * Develop preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machines and equipment. * Monitor activity execution and validate service quality. * **Supply Management:** * Issue supply requisitions and purchase requests via the Protheus system, maintaining critical inventory under control. * **Workplace Safety:** * Manage PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) records, checking validity and requesting replacements when necessary. * **Cost Monitoring and Sustainability:** * Monitor photovoltaic plant productivity and analyze water and electricity costs, proposing optimization actions. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields preferred. * Proven experience in maintenance planning and control (PCM). * Knowledge of the Protheus (TOTVS) system for service order creation and requisitions preferred. * Familiarity with safety standards and PPE management. * Ability to analyze data and prepare simple reports. * Organized, proactive profile with the ability to prioritize demands. * **Advantage: Knowledge of photovoltaic energy systems.** **Why apply?** If you want to be part of a growing team, send your resume and come build the future with Okubo Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: from BRL 2,998.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Maintenance Planning and Control (Required)
