Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes through detailed planning, rigorous control, and continuous monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and interpret the production plan to ensure resource supply 2. Control raw material inventory and manage shipments to third parties 3. Analyze production losses and ensure alignment with standards Description: Technical Competencies: * Develop and interpret the production plan to ensure resource availability for its execution. * Generate production orders to guide the production team. * Run consumption requirement calculations to generate procurement requirements for production materials. * Verify deliveries of production materials to confirm product quantities. * Control shipment of materials to third parties, analyzing required inventory levels for activity execution and ensuring timely transfers. * Control raw material inventory to support inventory optimization analysis. * Record third-party production data in a dedicated system to enable operational cost calculation. * Analyze production losses that directly impact production activities, ensuring planning is aligned with established standards. Academic Qualifications: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields.
