We are seeking a new talent to join our Quality Assistant team with strong analytical problem-solving skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and effective communication. You will be an ambassador of quality culture. **Responsibilities and duties** What you will do here: Perform inspection and analysis of incoming raw materials, packaging, and supplies, ensuring compliance with established standards. Carry out audit routes in production and support areas, verifying adherence to quality, cleanliness, organization, and good practices requirements. Identify, record, and track non-conformities found in departments, coordinating corrective actions with responsible parties. Monitor personal hygiene, environmental cleaning, and sanitization of facilities, equipment, and utensils. Support the implementation and maintenance of continuous improvement, organization, and process standardization programs. Ensure proper completion of quality records and documents. Assist in guiding teams on quality procedures, food safety, and good practices. Contribute to maintaining a quality culture and operational discipline. Prioritize critical activities based on impact on safety, quality, and operations. Support internal and external audits, as required. **Requirements and qualifications** What we expect from you: Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Basic understanding of inspection and quality control. Knowledge of industrial hygiene and sanitization. Ability to identify and perform initial handling of non-conformities. Document organization and record completion skills. Basic understanding of continuous improvement and process standardization. Desirable knowledge of food safety and quality tools.
