Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment; 2\. Install and configure workstations, software, and local network infrastructure (wired and Wi\-Fi); 3\. Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, guiding them on the use of systems and tools; 4\. Carry out replacement and control of computer parts and peripherals; 5\. Support the administration of the company's integrated system (ERP) and internal communication tool; 6\. Assist in identifying and resolving network issues (VPN, cabling, routers); 7\. Record service requests and report activity status to immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** a) Completed high school and technical or higher education in related fields; b) Knowledge of hardware, computer assembly and maintenance, networks (TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi), and Office 365; b) Experience with ERP systems (preferably **Protheus Totvs**); c) Understanding of backup, information security, and CCTV; d) Knowledge of hardware (computer assembly and maintenance, component replacement); e) Responsible, proactive profile with good communication skills. **We Offer:** 1\.
