




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical). * Desired: Bachelor's degree with specialization in project management. * Advanced English proficiency. * Strong experience in engineering project management. * Advanced knowledge of Office software, especially Excel (VBA) and/or PowerBI. * Sharp logical reasoning. * Self-taught. * Determination and discipline. * Proactive in questioning the current state and proposing improvement ideas. * Planning and execution of engineering projects. * Conducting engineering studies and investment feasibility analyses for projects. . Technical engineering support to other Plant departments. * Coordination and completion of capital projects, supervising all project phases including conception, planning, execution, control, and documentation to ensure quality and performance expected by stakeholders. * Develop comprehensive project execution plans focusing on scope, cost, schedule, risk management, engineering, procurement, and construction. * Lead project teams to ensure all project aspects are adequately considered, including engineering standards and best practices, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and other regulatory aspects. * Define deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress regarding effective management of planned scope, costs, and schedule. * Prepare project status reports for various stakeholders within the organization as requested. * Monitor field activities associated with project implementation, overseeing contracts with third-party engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning companies. * Promote effective communication among project teams and other departments involved in projects, ensuring proper alignment among different stakeholders. * Prepare technical specifications for the procurement of equipment, materials, and services. * Provide technical engineering support to other company departments when requested. * Support the development and implementation of new engineering and project management standards, procedures, and techniques. 2510280202221773853
