Description: What you need to have: * Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields. * Proven experience with the SAP system, especially in financial processes and reconciliations. * Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, charts and automations). * Experience in developing dashboards (Power BI, Excel or similar tools). * Previous experience in contract management and Facilities department routines. * Intermediate Spanish (minimum B1), with ability for written and verbal communication (supporting LATAM commercial teams) Analytical profile, organized, detail-oriented and good communication skills. * What you will do: * Monitor contracts under the responsibility of the Facilities area, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope and service quality. * Perform financial reconciliations in the SAP system, ensuring all entries are correctly linked to contracts and cost centers. * Develop dashboards and management reports to monitor operational and financial indicators of the area. * Create and analyze financial spreadsheets, focusing on cost control, budget forecasting and contract performance. * Support supplier management, SLA control and performance indicators. * Collect and identify financial data pending issues; Handle requests from the LATAM Facilities team, ensuring adequate support and effective communication with commercial teams. * 2510170202241765907
