HR Analyst

Responsibilities: Support the structuring, documentation, and implementation of HR subsystems: Organizational Climate, Performance Evaluation, Positions & Salaries, IDP (Individual Development Plan), among others; Support and apply the developed subsystems, then assume routine processes, promoting continuous maintenance and improvement. Lead and support the integration of new employees, onboarding actions, and monitoring the experience of new hires; Participate in the creation and monitoring of training and development paths; Carry out internal communication initiatives, internal marketing, and strengthening of organizational culture; Support and conduct internal surveys (climate, engagement, feedback) and propose action plans; Collaborate with the structuring and maintenance of job descriptions and career paths; Assist in monitoring HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, organizational climate) and preparation of management reports; Support management of climate surveys and performance evaluations; Monitor team day-to-day activities, understand their needs, support leadership, and serve as a reference point for employees; Organize and deliver training that contributes to professional and personal growth of managers; Actively observe and act to reduce turnover by proposing improvements, addressing employee demands, and maintaining close attention to employee well-being; Help build and maintain a positive organizational climate through simple actions, clear communication, and active daily presence; Support leadership in delivering feedback, development plans, and actions that promote engagement; Design and implement internal initiatives that recognize and value employees—such as campaigns, special occasions, and incentive programs; And other related activities. Requirements: Previous experience as a generalist HR professional with focus on Human and Organizational Development (HOD), with hands-on experience across all subsystems (organizational climate and performance, training, IDP, positions and salaries, career planning, HR and performance metrics, etc.). Knowledge of Payroll Department and experience participating in department structuring will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS/ERP). Experience in payroll administration would be a plus. Responsible for recruitment, hiring, training, and retention. Oversee Payroll Department guidance. Manage documentation control. Manage exams and certifications control. Review payroll and time records.
