To achieve this, we are seeking a **Quality Analyst** who shares this commitment and wishes to grow with us. **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all production processes; * Perform quality control of raw materials, in\-process products, and finished goods; * Develop and review quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation; * Support internal and external audits; * Monitor quality indicators and propose action plans for improvements; * Collaborate with production, development, and logistics teams to ensure product compliance; * Investigate and address quality deviations, customer complaints, and non\-conformities. **Requirements:** * Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Previous experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industries; * Knowledge of GMP, applicable RDCs, and ANVISA regulations; * Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
