




**Job Description:** Perform active prospecting of new leads (e\-mail, phone, social media); Qualify leads according to ICP (ideal customer profile) before referring them to the sales team; Understand leads' needs and pain points and evaluate them against predefined criteria to determine their potential to become customers; Record lead information in the CRM system and monitor performance and conversion metrics, as well as other relevant job responsibilities. **Requirements:** Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication. Organization and results focus. Active listening and strong ability to build relationships with different customer profiles. Resilient, strategic, and owner mindset. Experience in pre\-sales, prospecting, or active telemarketing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of CRM tools.
