**Description**
Perform support services in purchasing, administration, and logistics; communicate with suppliers to provide and receive information regarding products and services; handle various documents, complying with all required procedures. Manage and organize the material flow, ensuring adherence to quality guidelines and operational department support.
**Responsibilities and Activities**
* Quality and Safety Management: Strictly uphold Quality Management commitments, comply with its guidelines, the Code of Conduct, and safety standards using PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs).
* Organization and 5S: Follow the 5S Program, maintaining a clean and organized work area and equipment, safeguarding company assets.
* Material and Equipment Control: Receive equipment and perform inspections, identifying them with the F.A.S. number and collecting data for registration.
* Systems and Documentation: Operate control systems and files (CIGAM), update spreadsheets, and maintain up-to-date pending issue reports and emails.
* Purchasing Support: Conduct quotations for the Commercial Department, issue Purchase Orders, and procure minimum stock items and critical FAS items.
* Supplier Management: Contact and conduct initial evaluations of suppliers, issue NCs (Non-Conformities), and update re-evaluation indicators.
* Logistics Monitoring: Track material deliveries or pickups and inform requesters about estimated service or product delivery times.
* Operational Support: Perform internet- and IT-related support tasks as defined in checklists.
**Requirements**
* Education: Completed High School (Minimum); Currently pursuing Higher Education (Preferred).
* Experience: 3 months (Minimum) to 6 months (Preferred) in this role.
* Skills: Initiative, attention to detail, cooperation, and commitment to quality.
