**The Role’s Challenge**
The Commercial Assistant serves as the central point of contact between the brand and the customer, strategically operating across multiple channels. This position requires an agile, proactive, and multitasking professional, fully focused on sales conversion and service excellence. More than selling, this professional acts as a style consultant and logistical facilitator, guaranteeing an impeccable purchasing journey—from first contact through post-sale resolution.
Responsibilities:
**Customer Service and Sales Consulting**
* Deliver outstanding service across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Website, Instagram) and provide consultative reception at the showroom;
* Act as a fashion consultant, addressing technical questions regarding sizes, fit, and styles, helping customers select the ideal items;
* Manage end-to-end sales processes: from manually entering orders to generating payment links and tracking order status.
**Strategic Logistics and Post-Sale Support**
* Optimize delivery experience by analyzing which of the two Distribution Centers (DCs) offers the best logistics, delivery time, and shipping cost for the customer;
* Proactively manage post-sale activities, providing empathetic and agile support for tracking, exchanges, and returns;
* Resolve customer concerns related to delivery timelines and product specifications, ensuring loyalty.
**Management and Organization**
* Maintain workflow organization and synchronization using management tools (Trello) and internal e-commerce and payment systems;
* Ensure system information is always up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in management systems, ease with digital tools, excellent typing speed, and flawless writing skills;
* Experience in digital customer service focused on conversion and customer support;
* Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining full focus on customer satisfaction;
* Computer literacy (Office suite, systems, etc.).
