Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for:** * Collaborating in the definition of proposed initiatives in partnership with your IT, UX, Product, and Business colleagues. * Supporting and defining team capacity estimates for various initiatives, Sprint after Sprint, and supporting overall quarterly estimates. * Detailing task definitions to be implemented in each Sprint. * Maintaining proactive and consistent communication, providing visibility to leaders and your team regarding progress or alerts. * Monitoring and contributing to improvements in team performance and task execution metrics. * Collaboratively contributing to the area’s development improvement and optimization process. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and their application throughout the software development lifecycle. * Experience in backend software development using microservices, REST APIs, and programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, Golang, or .NET. * Knowledge of object-oriented programming and service-oriented and event-driven architectures. * Experience with architectural patterns related to distributed systems, high availability, scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance. * Familiarity with project tracking and application monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, and Kibana. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s technology landscape?** Apply now and join our purpose!
