And we build this future with methodology, purpose, and real impact. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and operational continuity of **SmartBus**, handling production incidents, defect correction, and technical support to operations. You will participate in root cause analysis, technical improvements, and refactoring efforts focused on quality, performance, and maintainability.
