We understand that only this way can we continue growing, generating opportunities for everyone, and contributing to a secure transition of Brazil’s energy matrix toward a low-carbon economy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure personal and team safety by preventing occupational, environmental, and vehicular accidents; * Use corporate SMS tools to record deviations, focusing on identifying potential risks; * Perform lockout and tagout procedures on equipment prior to interventions; * Authorize issuance of PT (Permit to Work) in the area for activity execution; * Apply “5S” techniques to maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of equipment and operational areas within compression process units; * Conduct periodic readings of instruments and control panels, interpret data, make corrections if necessary, detect equipment operational deviations, and report them to the supervisor for appropriate action; * Ensure units maintain appropriate oil and refrigerant levels to preserve mechanical integrity of equipment, and monitor inventory levels of these fluids at the station; * Perform routine inspections and maintenance on engines, compressors, and auxiliary equipment, correcting defects to keep them in optimal working condition; * Execute 2000-hour preventive maintenance and support semiannual and annual maintenance jointly with specialized teams; * Carry out scheduled corrective maintenance tasks of smaller scope; * Interpret equipment shutdown codes and perform troubleshooting to restore operational status; * Manage station tools to ensure their proper condition and usability; * Operate motor-compressor units and auxiliary station equipment in accordance with procedures for startup and shutdown; * Collect oil samples from engines and compressors for physical-chemical analysis. * Manage spare parts inventory to maintain stock within established limits (receipts, issues, consumption, transfers); * Complete shift handover reports, recording entries in the incident logbook; * Ensure timely submission of oil balance, depressurization, consumption, and monthly availability reports. * Issue RDOs (Operational Daily Reports), documenting key activities including operational shutdowns and equipment availability; * Inspect station safety devices (fire extinguishers, detectors, PPE, etc.) in accordance with operational and QSMS procedures, verify their proper functioning, and immediately report any deviations to the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering; * Knowledge of Natural Gas Compression Systems Operation; * I&E (Instrumentation & Electrical) Maintenance; * Knowledge of Operational Safety, associated activity risks, and LOTO systems; * Knowledge of compressor operation and maintenance; * Prior experience in natural gas compression and/or processing systems; * Familiarity with applicable O&G industry safety standards and regulations; * Problem-solving and decision-making skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and eagerness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Organization, discipline, and effective time management; * Adaptability to dynamic environments; * Commitment to safety; * Focus on deliverables and results; * Continuous pursuit of professional development. **Additional Information** **Employment Type and Schedule: Work Location: Pilar** **Rotating Shift Schedule, 14x14 pattern — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.** Benefits offered: * Health insurance for employee and dependents; * Dental insurance for employee and dependents; * Life insurance; * Company-provided transportation; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Variable compensation program (PLR); We are among the leading independent companies operating onshore in Brazil.
