Job Summary: An IT support professional responsible for assisting and guiding users, configuring equipment, analyzing IT resources, and resolving software and hardware issues. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support to users and monitor software usage. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and networks. 3. Monitor, configure, and support Network Assets and telephony software. We were founded in 2000 as a family-owned business, producing buffalo mozzarella artisanally. Over the years, we have grown and invested in technology, new products, packaging, and our nearly 200 producers. We aim to be present on every family’s table, at every moment—from breakfast to dinner. In 2025, we joined Tirolez, adding buffalo milk products to its portfolio and further expanding the Levitare brand’s reach across the country. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Respond to and guide users via the Movidesk ticketing system regarding software and hardware usage, applying necessary maintenance actions to ensure optimal working conditions for all employees; 2\. Configure computer equipment to align with required programs and applications; 3\. Daily review of all information technology resources to verify full operational status at the facility; 4\. Provide remote technical support to users via LogMeIn; 5\. Monitor and resolve software-related issues concerning installation and proper usage, performing repairs when necessary; 6\. Perform maintenance on the factory unit’s wireless network infrastructure whenever required; 7\. Daily monitoring of appropriate usage and operation of the corporate internet network, antivirus, and antispam systems; 8\. Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment according to the schedule defined by the IT department; 9\. Monitor, configure, and support Network Assets; 10\.
