As a **Recruitment and Selection Intern**, you will join our People and Culture team and directly contribute to attracting, recruiting, and selecting the best talents for our company and for each of our valued clients. **The main activities to be performed are:** * Support the **posting of job openings** across different recruitment channels and platforms; * Conduct **resume screening**, profile analysis, and candidate pre\-selection according to defined criteria; * Support the **organization and execution of selection processes**, including scheduling interviews and contacting candidates; * Record, update, and maintain candidate information in **recruitment systems**; * Assist in preparing **recruitment reports and metrics** (time to fill, candidate profiles, process status); * Support standardization and documentation of **Recruitment and Selection processes;** * Contribute to improvements in workflows and tools used, under the guidance of the technical team; * Support administrative tasks related to selection processes. **Requirements** **Education:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program **Field of study:** Business Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills.
