Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects We seek a **Senior Buyer** with solid experience in the **Logistics** sector to strategically manage procurement, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Manage strategic procurement of services and logistics inputs (transportation, warehousing, packaging, logistics operators, etc.); * Lead **RFP/RFQ** processes, complex negotiations, and medium- and long-term contracts; * Develop and qualify suppliers, monitoring performance indicators (SLAs, KPIs, costs, quality, and service levels); * Participate in **cost reduction**, efficiency gain, and continuous improvement projects; * Analyze market trends, logistics developments, and sourcing opportunities; * Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Legal departments; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and procurement best practices. * ABC curve analysis. * Develop the procurement function, performing system-integrated cost allocation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Buyer, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain; * Strong negotiation and contract management skills; * Knowledge of performance metrics and cost management; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Analytical, strategic mindset with strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement; * Experience in strategic sourcing projects.
