Zaya does good for everyone! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products according to established standards. * Assist in data collection and completion of control spreadsheets for monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). * Support the organization and archiving of technical documents, reports, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) records. * Perform routine laboratory analyses under supervision, following protocols validated by the technical team. * Monitor non-conformance workflows, assisting in gathering information for root cause analysis. * Verify compliance with food hygiene and safety standards on production lines (routine audits). * Provide logistical and organizational support during internal and external trainings and audits. * Analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs) to support executive decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ● Technical qualification in Quality. **Preferred:** Currently enrolled in or completed undergraduate studies in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of regulatory standards (ANVISA/MAPA). * Familiarity with quality tools (5S, checklists, flowcharts). * Basic to intermediate Google Suite proficiency for developing spreadsheets and simple reports. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Additional Information:** **Benefits** ● Shared health insurance plan; ● Dental insurance; ● Transportation allowance; ● Meal allowance; ● Monthly product kit; ● Telemedicine and online therapy (100% covered by the company); ● Life insurance; ● Wellhub.
