Human Resources Assistant \- Cajati/SP Application period until: 11/18/2025 This position reports to: Human Resources Operations Coordination What will be your responsibilities?* Make adjustments in the attendance system to align time records with the company calendar and established work schedules. Control the unit's overtime bank, performing necessary adjustments and controls to maintain data integrity. * Monitor and implement vacation scheduling, process requested changes, and issue required documents to ensure payments are made within legal deadlines. * Enter and update employee registration data for payroll processing and validate results to ensure timely and accurate salary and tax payments. * Execute termination procedures and validate calculation results to ensure correct payment of severance and social charges, as well as perform termination homologation within the legally mandated timeframe. * Receive inspectors and auditors, providing requested documents and information to ensure prompt compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures. * Prepare payment processes related to payroll, social charges, and benefits to settle obligations within established deadlines. * Provide employees with information and guidance regarding payroll, attendance systems, vacations, and benefits to clarify any doubts. * Enter and maintain updated employee and dependent data in employee records and benefit providers' systems to ensure accurate information is available to all users. * Issue and update various documents and forms relevant to the area, delivering them to employees or forwarding to appropriate authorities when necessary, ensuring compliance with legislation and administrative procedures. * Continuously monitor and control the use of various benefits, verifying required documentation according to current procedures. * Receive and verify documents for benefit reimbursements according to internal procedures and process payments through payroll to reimburse employee expenses. * Conduct employee, temporary worker, and intern onboarding processes, completing documentation and providing clarifications on human resources practices and benefits to comply with internal procedures and specific legislation. * Effectively monitor expiration dates of fixed-term contracts, internships, and temporary positions, informing managers of upcoming expirations and requesting decisions regarding contract renewal or termination. * Participate in the new employee integration process, ensuring all designated steps are completed to provide essential initial information to newly hired employees. * Distribute materials related to human resources and internal communication campaigns, among other duties.
