We’re waiting for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Align with UX teams on user journeys and ensure specified measurement points are implemented in solution designs; * Analyze, map, and tag process flows, ensuring traceability and correct classification of information in spreadsheets and internal systems; * Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel spreadsheets, including necessary tagging for journey traceability; * Ensure measurement quality through testing, version control, and data quality assurance; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing adjustments to workflows and processes based on analytical evidence; * Identify and resolve tagging issues, proposing root-cause solutions; * Align with stakeholders on product improvement needs to enable better measurement; * Document tagging processes, naming conventions, and methodologies to ensure standardization and traceability; * Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to understand data requirements, ensuring they are met through the tagging process and enabling subsequent translation into analyses and KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) — mastery of formulas, pivot tables, slicers, dashboards, and Power Query; * Practical experience handling and cross-referencing large volumes of data in Excel; * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs), management reports, and results analysis; * Ability to document processes and establish standards. **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of SQL or relational database data manipulation; * Prior experience with process or operational workflow tagging. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Flexible working hours; * Casual dress code; * Bike and scooter parking (for office visits); * Cross-brand growth opportunities; * Citizen Company: Our employees enjoy extended parental leave; **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Commuter allowance; * Meal and food vouchers; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Childcare assistance; * Assistance for children with disabilities; * Performance bonus; * Birthday day off; * Alelo Multibenefícios; * Allya — app-based partnerships and discounts; **In addition, we also offer the following Mutant-purpose benefits:** * Freedom to be yourself.
