Together, we can shape the future. 1° Be trained to ensure proper use of PPE and assume responsibility for its preservation 2° Be trained to participate with commitment and responsibility in safety initiations with me / Stop / DDS / SIPAT, striving to set an example through pro\-activity, excellence, and achievement of established goals 3° Be trained to maintain a culture of commitment and accountability 4° Be trained to perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on supply equipment according to the schedule provided by the planner or supervisor. 5° Be trained to record performed services in the respective forms relevant to maintenance procedures; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and care for equipment, supervisors, and tools, following the 5S program and Total Productive Maintenance 6° Be trained to operate equipment and perform maintenance/lubrication according to the Total Productive Maintenance program and training. **Why Join Us?** Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
