Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-level Fullstack Developer to join an agile and dynamic team, working on the development and evolution of a robust CRM solution, with emphasis on technical autonomy and collaboration. Focus on code quality, performance, and best practices PJIntegral We are looking for a Mid-level Fullstack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a robust and continuously evolving CRM solution. We seek a collaborative individual with technical autonomy and interest in working in an agile and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain web applications using React (SPA with Vite) on the frontend and Node.js with Express on the backend * Contribute to the evolution of a CRM platform by proposing improvements and new features * Build and consume REST APIs, including token-based authentication and file uploads * Work with MongoDB (and occasionally SQL) databases * Implement modern, responsive UIs using Styled Components, MUI, Radix UI (or equivalents) * Use modern state and form libraries (React Query, React Hook Form, Zod) * Write and maintain automated tests using Jest and Supertest * Work in a Linux environment (Ubuntu) using the command line * Collaborate with the team using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices **Requirements:** * Solid experience with TypeScript * Experience with React (SPA) * Experience with Node.js and Express * Experience with MongoDB * Experience with automated testing (Jest / Supertest) * Knowledge of REST APIs (including token-based authentication) * Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose * Experience with Linux/Ubuntu environments and terminal usage * Basic knowledge of NGINX, reverse proxy, and environment configuration * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team **Nice-to-haves:** * Experience with Vite * Experience with modern React ecosystem libraries (Zod, React Query, React Hook Form) * Experience with UI libraries (Styled Components, MUI, Radix UI) * Knowledge of observability and log analysis (Graylog, Grafana) * Experience configuring firewalls, SSL, and operating VMs * Experience with CRM systems * Knowledge of software architecture (Clean Code, SOLID) **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree
