Job Summary: Senior Functional QA professional to support teams, develop quality capabilities, create foundational materials, and participate in test definition and execution. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration and proactivity **What We’re Looking For** ================== A Senior-level professional experienced in **(Functional QA)**. This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring 3 days per week at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima. **Responsibilities** * Support the team during the Discovery phase by contributing to requirement analysis and test tool configuration. * Develop and apply quality capabilities and performance indicators, ensuring visibility into testing outcomes and maturity. * Participate in creating foundational materials, such as the QA Workbook and onboarding kit. * Collaborate with the pilot team to define test plans, design test scenarios, and execute tests. * Support the rollout and monitoring of the QA Chapter, promoting best practices and standardization. * Provide technical and methodological support to QAs throughout implementation and continuous improvement processes. **Requirements:** * Experience in QA, including manual and/or automated testing. * Knowledge of test lifecycle management tools such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and their configuration. * Analytical ability to design and monitor quality indicators. * Ability to understand, document, improve, and organize materials, documents, and processes. * Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and ease in collaborating across multiple departments. * Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and resilient when facing challenges. * Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking). **Preferred Qualifications** * Squash Test tool experience; * Experience structuring QA Chapter processes. * Familiarity with quality and testing management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail). * Experience with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads. **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We seek a candidate who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Possesses **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Demonstrates strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
