We’re waiting for your application—come join us?! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in organizing and producing audio, focusing on audiobooks and image audio description, aiming to enhance technical quality and productivity within the audiovisual department. * Production Management: Assist in organizing the workflow—from receiving and verifying materials to final delivery to clients—ensuring optimal adaptation of content to audio format. * Schedule and Deadlines: Develop and monitor production schedules, tracking stages (recording, editing, review, and mastering) with team members and service providers. * Casting and Direction: Organize voice casting processes according to client briefs and guide recording direction to ensure high-quality sound capture. * Editing and Quality: Perform review, mastering, and finalization of materials using specialized software (Adobe Suite), correcting anomalies and ensuring content fluency. * Accessibility: Participate in scriptwriting and review of audio description for static images, videos, and live events. * Client Support and Service: Maintain direct contact with national and international clients, and assist the commercial team in preparing budgets and cost analysis. * Team Development: Train and mentor interns, and assist in developing lectures and courses on audiobook and audio description production. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Audiovisual Production, Radio and Television, Audio Production, or related fields; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field; Proficiency in Adobe Suite, microphone techniques, audiovisual production equipment, and sound editing/recording; * **Additional Information** Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher; Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Childcare Assistance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); SESC Membership; Birthday Day Off; Transportation Voucher. **Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.** **100% In-Person** **Vila Clementino/SP** **CLT Employment Contract** **ABOUT US** For over 7 decades, we have dedicated ourselves to the social inclusion of blind and low-vision individuals. One way we achieve this is through the free production and distribution of Braille, spoken, and digitally accessible books—delivered directly to individuals as well as to schools, libraries, and organizations across Brazil. **We offer, free of charge, specialized services for blind and low-vision individuals and their families in the areas of special education, rehabilitation, low-vision clinical care, and employment support.** We also provide a range of services, including **courses, training programs, and consulting**. Most recently, we established our Accessibility Solutions Division (formerly DNA Editora), a unit of the Dorina Nowill Foundation focused on producing and distributing accessible books and magazines in Braille, spoken, and DAISY formats; offering training and lectures; adapting physical spaces; and delivering web accessibility services. Of course, we could not accomplish all these achievements alone.
