Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Verify full coverage of all areas specified in the project (doors, pillars, roof, firewall, wheel wells, sides, rear), with no “windows” or overlapping gaps. * Inspect fixation, finish, and integrity of aramid/HDPE mats and steel plates (adhesion, curing, absence of delamination/blisters). * Evaluate door, hood, and trunk lid alignment and fitment after armoring, checking clearances, impacts, and noises. * Check seals (rubber gaskets, channels, sealants) and possible infiltration points. * Validate absence of interference between mats/plates and: wiring harnesses, airbags, mechanisms, ducts, and locking systems. * Windows: raise/lower all windows repeatedly, verifying speed, pressure points, end-of-travel, noises, and alignment. * Doors: test opening/closing, internal/external locks, open-door sensors, alarm, and child locks (if applicable). * Electrical system: validate headlights, taillights, turn signals, reverse lights, interior lighting, dashboard, infotainment, audio system, chargers, cigarette lighters/USB ports, parking sensors/camera. * Safety systems: check dashboard warning lights (airbags, ABS, TPMS), OBD reading without persistent faults, and ADAS sensor functionality (if included in scope). * Steering/driving: brief internal road test to listen for noises, assess abnormal vibrations, and verify brake/steering response (without exceeding factory limits). * Actuators: electric seats, mirrors, sunroof, fuel tank/trunk lid opening, hood, wipers, defrosters. * Climate control: air conditioning operation (airflow/noise), vents and diffusers unobstructed by armor. * Interior finishes: headliners, pillars, side panels, dashboard, consoles, and trunk lid with secure fit, no gaps, scratches, tool marks, scuffs, glue stains, or deformations. * Upholstery standard: clean cuts, symmetry, correct staples/clips, no wrinkles or ripples. * Armored windows: scratch-free cleaning, no cracks, delamination, “lens effects”, or blisters; uniform polishing and clean channels. * Paint: consistent hue, texture, gloss, and transitions; absence of orange peel, dust, runs, or color variations. * Exterior aesthetics: component alignment, uniform gaps, emblems and moldings properly positioned, no misalignments or height discrepancies. * NVH noise check: brief drive on uneven internal surface to detect squeaks, hollow knocks, and vibrations. * Sealing test: light external water spray (or water tunnel, if available) to evaluate infiltration at doors/windows/windshield. * System-by-system checklist: validate each scope item marked as “OK/Non-Conforming/Adjusted”, with before/after photos when corrections occur. * Torque verification on critical fasteners (per internal standards) after rework. * Supervise corrections and reinspect items until full compliance is achieved. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Completed high school education * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
