Monitor all pickup requests, return processes, investigate lost items and incidents, verify proof-of-delivery documents, monitor operations via spreadsheets and communication systems with drivers, and manage the client’s integrated system.**Requirements** -------------- \- Completed high school education \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) \- Strong typing and systemic data entry skills \- Prior experience in logistics routines preferred \- Knowledge of transportation operational processes**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Monitor deliveries and pickups via integrated systems and/or direct contact with drivers en route; 2\. Conduct active and passive monitoring of ongoing routes; 3\. Monitor dispatch and vehicle verification within the SVC facility; 4\. Complete daily operational logs with relevant operational information; 5\. Manage delivery performance to consistently meet operational SLAs; 6\. Communicate effectively with drivers; 7\. Use the internal transportation/fiscal system to record payments for contractors; 8\. Follow operational procedures and adhere to DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
