Description

**A portrait of your day** Work in the final assembly area of transformers/reactors, leading and guiding team members on technical and organizational aspects of work practices and established goals, in accordance with defined safety, environmental, and quality standards. **How you will make an impact** * Execute the final scheduling of daily activities pre\-established by production planning and keep digital production monitoring dashboards up to date. * Monitor team activities, balancing work groups according to demand, technical competencies, and safety criteria. * Track and validate manufacturing hours, guide decision-making, and support operational and administrative process flows. * Participate in and motivate the team to engage in continuous improvement programs (safety, quality, environment, and organization). * Train and guide employees on operational, safety, quality, and environmental procedures. * Ensure correct completion of process control documents, production scheduling documents, and safety checklists. * Control area resource usage according to production demand, based on quality and safety requirements. * Keep the team motivated and engaged regarding contamination control, cleanliness, organization (6S), and area safety. **What we expect you to bring** * High school diploma (mandatory) and/or technical high school diploma in mechanics or electrical engineering (preferred), or completed undergraduate degree in STEM fields (a differentiator) * Leadership experience in multidisciplinary operational teams, working across multiple fronts for at least 5 years. * Experience with power transformers or mechanical/electrical assembly * Preferably led mechanical assembly teams in a factory setting and/or within the energy sector. * Intermediate English ### **About the team** Local team in constant contact and interface with other production areas, logistics, planning, project managers, controlling, procurement, occupational safety, product and process engineering — coordinating efforts with demand and pursuing QEHS targets.
