




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring accommodation quality, room hygiene, and linen management for hospitalized patients, while also maintaining apartment and bed presentation. Manage delivery of linens and forgotten personal belongings * Prioritize high-quality accommodation experience for patients during their hospital stay; * Inspect room cleanliness to make them available for new admissions; * Facilitate and request pest control services when necessary; * Retrieve and identify forgotten personal belongings, hand them over to security personnel to initiate the lost-and-found protocol; * Deliver linens to units according to predetermined quantities, based on average consumption; * Maintain apartment and bed presentation by arranging them according to established standards;
