Lead the area’s technological transition and implement key business-transformative changes, fostering the use of digital tools and ensuring adherence to excellence methodologies (TPM) to maximize operational and financial efficiency. Main Responsibilities 1. Ensure visibility, control, and governance of the CSLP project portfolio, with a focus on financial (savings) and operational results; 2. Create and lead the organization of workstreams for ongoing efficiency and cost projects; 3. Manage multiple projects, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements are met in alignment with the TPM methodology; 4. Coordinate actions of involved personnel by conducting necessary negotiations and alliances to ensure projects achieve their strategic objectives; 5. Support the Presidential PMO by monitoring project statuses, available resources, and delivery deadlines; 6. Assist workstream leaders in understanding the methodology applied; 7. Conduct project status report meetings; 8. Align with Business Control to ensure correct metrics for measuring and reporting savings information; 9. Immediately report any issues that jeopardize the anticipated benefits within the workstreams under your governance; 10. Escalate critical topics whenever necessary; 11. Build the transformation project portfolio in partnership and alignment with other CSLP directorates; 12. Support the development of new projects; 13. Ensure visibility, management, and control of the project portfolio by generating KPIs, delivering strategic communication to stakeholders, analyzing deviations, and focusing on results/financial and operational impacts; 14. Monitor ongoing projects, tracking scope, schedule, cost, and quality; 15. Develop master plans, schedules, and timelines, as well as manage project documentation; 16. Prepare presentations, status reports per the established calendar, and all project-related documents; 17. Facilitate opportunity assessment and risk management for projects, promoting mitigation plans; 18. Actively practice routine management and conflict resolution, supporting the team in adhering to established schedules and achieving expected outcomes; 19. Lead tactical-level discussions focused on execution, engaging work teams through recurring forums for discussion and alignment; acting as coach/mentor for focal points assuming project leadership roles; 20. Keep projects updated and disseminated through relevant channels; Academic Qualifications Completed undergraduate degree. Postgraduate Degree/MBA: Administration / Project Management / Engineering / Logistics.
